HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I’M NOT SATISFIED?

If you’re not happy with your product for ANY reason, simply call our customer service department and one of our representatives will talk you through how to ship your product back to us. Once we have received your product, we will issue you your money back. It’s that simple. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, WILL ANYTHING BE SENT/BILLED TO ME IN THE FUTURE?

For individual orders (not subscriptions): No. You will only be billed for what you order on any given day, and nothing more. You will only be shipped the products that you order. Rest assured, you’ll NEVER be automatically billed for anything.

For subscription orders: Following your initial order, your subscription will automatically process and ship every 30, 60, 90, 120, or 180 days, depending on the subscription you have selected. HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?

WHAT IS TRU ALCHEMY’S RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, simply call our customer service department and one of our representatives will talk you through how to ship your product back to us. Once we have received your product within the 60 day window, we will issue you your money back.

DO I SAVE MONEY BY PLACING LARGER ORDERS?

Our headquarters are located in Burbank, California. We have a distribution center in both Burbank and Utah. All of our products are manufactured in the USA.
